Digital Kazakhstan 2026: AUPET Artificial Intelligence at the Cutting Edge of Digitalization
From March 26 to 27, the AUPET Artificial Intelligence Center team participated in the large-scale Digital Kazakhstan 2026 forum at the Qyzgaldaq Saraiy site in Shymkent.
At the Startup Alley, we presented the university's key developments, including our flagship solution, Usqyn AI-Operator. This platform for automating first-line customer interactions attracted particular interest due to:
* High degree of implementation readiness;
* Practical applicability in the public sector and large businesses.
Results of participation:
The projects were presented to vice ministers, management of national companies, and representatives of international organizations.
A number of substantive meetings were held on pilot implementations and integration into existing IT infrastructures.
The foundation has been laid for scaling up the solutions and implementing joint projects.
