Submission of Abstracts and Papers
The abstract should be at least 4 pages in A4 format, prepared in MS Word: Times New Roman, 14 pt, single line spacing, with 2 cm margins on all sides. Formulas must be created using Microsoft Equation 3.0, and figures should be in *.jpg or *.gif formats.
In the top right corner, the UDC (Universal Decimal Classification) index should be indicated. Below it, list the full names of the authors (no more than 5 authors per paper) and their affiliations, followed by the title of the abstract and the main text with a paragraph indentation of 1 cm. The filename of the abstract must include the participant’s last name and initials (example: AbayevAT.doc).
Based on the results of the conference, a collection of conference materials will be published. According to the decision of the thematic sections, the most interesting and relevant papers will be published in a special issue of the journal "Vestnik AUES" (from the list of CQASHE Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan).
Registration fee and payment
Registration fee: 50,000 tenge (to be transferred to the bank account of the G. Daukeev AUES). Participation is free for undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral students.
The receipt must include: “Full Name, for participation in the conference ‘Energy, Infocommunication Technologies, and Higher Education’.” A scanned copy or photo of the receipt should be sent to: mntk@aues.kz.
Travel and accommodation expenses are covered by the participants.
