AUPET Board of Trustees Meeting: Key Decisions and New Initiatives
A meeting of the Board ofTrustees was held at the Gumarbek Daukeyev Almaty University of Power Engineeering and Telecommunications, where key issues of the university's development were considered.
During the meeting, the participants discussed the improvement of educational programs, considering modernlabormarketrequirements andtechnological trends.Special attention waspaid to the issues of graduate employment,including expanding cooperation withemployers andincreasing the practice-oriented learning.
An important point of the meeting was the establishment of a personalized educational grant and scholarship named after statesman Asygat Asievich Zhabagin forstudents of the Teploenergetika educational program for the entire period of study from the son of Ansat Asygatovich Zhabagin, a Kazakhstani businessman, aimed at supporting talented students and stimulating their academic achievements.
During the meeting, Agreements were signed withAltynbek Tuleugalievich Karshegenov, Chairman of the Board of Atyrau Energy Complex, and Ansat Asygatovich Zhabagin, a Kazakhstani businessman and member of the Board of Directors of TNS-Plus, on allocating funds to the university's development fund, supporting strategic initiatives and strengthening its material and technical base.
