All Roads Lead to Energo: Alumni Meeting at Energo University
On February 24th at Energo University, as part of the development of the Alumni club movement, two events took place simultaneously: a reunion of the 2005 graduates from the power engineering faculty and a fifth anniversary reunion of graduates specializing in " Life safety and environmental protection."
For both groups of guests, individual itineraries were developed to visit memorable places at the university, and meetings with faculty members were organized. But most importantly – the guests had a unique opportunity to see each other again and reminisce about the bright moments of their student life. Guests also had the opportunity to visit new laboratories at Energo University, equipped with the latest technology.
In the auditorium, the guests were welcomed by the Director of the Institute of Energy and Green Technologies, Aynur Begimbetova. Zarema Abdullina, the head of the alumni department, introduced the attendees to information about the activities of the Energo Alumni Club and the concept of the Alumni Association's work, aimed at strengthening interaction with former students.
In turn, the graduates reminisced about their student days and talked about the opportunities that opened up for them after graduating, their current employment, and their professional achievements.
In a warm and friendly atmosphere, the former students, together with their teachers, watched memorable videos about the years spent together within the walls of beloved Energo. Guests also had the opportunity to test their professional knowledge in a thematic quiz and try on a graduate gown.
As noted by the 2005 graduates after the meeting, this reunion at Energo University, 19 years after their graduation, became a bright and unforgettable event for them.
