Kazakhstan and Peaceful Atom: New Opportunities and Development Priorities.
On September 16, Energo University hosted a meeting of the National Expert Platform "KISI GPS: Gylym. Pikir. Sayasat" on the topic "Kazakhstan and Peaceful Atom: New Opportunities and Development Priorities." The event was co-organized by the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the President of Kazakhstan.
Leading Kazakh scientists and experts in nuclear physics, nuclear technology safety, nuclear energy, and industry participated in the event. The agenda of the meeting included discussions on innovations in energy, nuclear technologies, and sustainable development. Experts, including scientists, political analysts, and public figures, discussed issues of nuclear energy safety, global development trends, and the need for a nuclear power plant in Kazakhstan.
From Energo University, Professor of the "Thermal Power Engineering" Department Andrey Kibarins gave a report, sharing the results of a foresight study on promising energy technologies.
