🎓 Education: Doctor of Law (Dr. iur.), Kiel University (Germany, Summa Cum Laude); LL.M., University of Göttingen; Bachelor of Laws, Karaganda State University.
🌍 Professional Experience: General Director of DEinternational Kazakhstan, Acting General Director of GIC Uzbekistan, Head of the Project Department and the Competence Center "Green Economy" at DEinternational Kazakhstan, Senior Lecturer at Maqsut Narikbayev University.
📚 Research Activities: Author of 5 research articles. Fluent in Russian, German, and English.
