He has bachelor's degrees in mechanics (Al-Farabi KazNU) and finance (Kazakhstan Innovation University), master of mechanics (al-Farabi Kazakh National University), master of business administration (MBA) (Almaty) and Phd in mechanics (al-Farabi Kazakh National University).

Labor path

Kuanysh Aryngozhaevich began his professional career at the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan as a software engineer, working in the banking service department. He worked as a junior researcher at the National Engineering Academy of the Republic of Kazakhstan. At the Institute of Space Technology and Technology (JSC NCSTT, Aerospace Committee of the MIID RK), he progressed from research fellow to deputy head of the laboratory.

 

Since 2017, he has continued his academic and teaching activities at the Almaty University of Power Engineering and Telecommunications, serving as associate professor, head of department, and since 2021 – director of the Institute of Communications and Space Engineering.

 

Kuanysh Aryngozhaevich is a member of the Scientific and Technical Council of the Aerospace Committee of the MIID RK, a member of the National Scientific Council on the priority “National Security and Defense, Biological Safety,” a member of the Republican Educational and Methodological Council in the fields of “Telecommunications” and “Engineering and Engineering Work,” “Mechanics and Metal Processing, Geophysical Engineering and Technologies.” He is an expert in professional standards and the sectoral qualification framework in the field of space activities under the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and an expert of the Independent Agency for Accreditation and Rating (IAAR). He is the chairman of the dissertation council in the field of training 8D071 "Engineering and Engineering Work" ("8D07103 Automation and Control," "8D07104 Instrument Engineering," "8D07105 Space Technology and Technology").

 

He completed advanced training courses in Japan, Germany, the United Kingdom, Belgium, and the Russian Federation.

 

He has authored more than 130 scientific articles, 7 patents of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 4 monographs, and 7 textbooks.

 

He is the scientific supervisor of the following projects:

IRN AP05131162 Theoretical and experimental studies of innovative technology for creating launch vehicles (LVs) with improved environmental characteristics based on promising LVs launched from the Baikonur Cosmodrome. (2018–2020);

IRN AR130004/0222 Development of an onboard intelligent control system for rocket projectiles based on programmable logic integrated circuits (PLD). (2022–2024);

IRN AP14869120 "Development and creation of narrow-beam satellite-to-satellite antenna systems with the best and optimal characteristics for the Cubesat form factor" (2022–2024);

IRN BR27195331 "Development of a multifunctional military-purpose robotic system capable of detecting and neutralizing mines, ammunition, and improvised explosive devices." (2024–2026);

 

Recognized as the Best University Teacher of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2019 and Best Engineer of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2020. Awarded the medal "For Contribution to the Development of the Space Industry".
