On March 14, a new laboratory of the Adamant Group company specializing in physiotherapy equipment was opened at the Department of Automation and Control of the Institute of Automation and Information Technologies of Energo University. This laboratory will allow students studying in the educational program "Biotechnical and medical systems and devices" to study in detail in practice the devices that they will have to service in the future.
The company has provided the university with equipment for UHF therapy, laser and magnetic procedures, electro- and ultrasound therapy. This is the second laboratory for this educational program. A year ago, Ordamed equipped the audience with diagnostic equipment, and now Adamant Group has added medical devices. As the company's director Vitaly Savin noted, they, as suppliers of specialized equipment, understand the importance of training high-quality specialists who can work with complex medical devices, and therefore try to actively support educational initiatives.
"The demand for medical engineers in Kazakhstan is growing. Our task is to train not only maintenance specialists, but also developers of new equipment," said Aybek Zhupankhan, Vice Rector for Academic Affairs at Energo University, at the laboratory's opening ceremony.
