Asem Bolatzhan, Head of the Women in Tech Kazakhstan Chapter and a member of the Industrial Council for Information and Communication Technologies at Energo University, delivered a motivational lecture to students of IT specialties.
The lecturer spoke about her interesting career path from the humanitarian field to IT, social activities, shared life hacks for setting and achieving goals, and focused on equal opportunities for women and men in technology industries. She motivated the students to actively study English, the digital sphere and not ignore the possibilities of artificial intelligence, constantly improving their level of knowledge in this field. In our rapidly changing times, this is necessary to remain competitive in the labor market, regardless of your basic specialty.
Asem Bolatzhan also spoke about the opportunities for all interested Kazakhstani women to join the international Women in Tech movement, of which she is the head of the Kazakhstan branch.
