A meeting was held at Energo University with representatives of subordinate organizations of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the training of specialists in the maintenance of medical equipment within the specialty "Biotechnical and medical systems and devices".
The meeting was initiated by representatives of the Ministry of Health. Altynbek Nurmukhanov, Head of the Department of Medical Device Expertise at the National Center for Expertise of Medicines and Medical Devices, Nikolay Palinka, Director of the Department of Kazmedtech JSC, and Ruslan Nurmukhanov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of SK-Pharmacy, participated in the discussion of personnel training issues.
Igor Fedorenko, Director of the Institute of Automation and Information Technology, and Professor Sarsenbek Zhusupbekov, Head of the Biotechnical and Medical Systems and Devices educational program, spoke about the organization of the educational process. Representatives of the ministry also got acquainted with the novelties of the library fund in this specialty and visited educational laboratories related to medical equipment.
- Training in the specialty "Biotechnical and medical systems and devices" is conducted at Energo University in Kazakh and Russian from 2022, - said Igor Fedorenko. - Students also have the opportunity to obtain a diploma from the University of Anhalt (Germany) with a degree in Biomedical Engineering.
Following the meeting, agreements were reached on the development of cooperation in personnel training, including advanced training of specialists in the maintenance of medical equipment.
