Energo University strengthens cooperation with Uzbekistan
As part of their visit to Uzbekistan (Tashkent), representatives of Energo University – Vice-Rector for Development Aizhamal Zhazykkpaeva and Director of the International Cooperation Department Sabina Manapova – visited the Tashkent State Technical University named after I. Karimov.
The meeting was attended by TSTU’s Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation Sardor Burkhanovich Donayev, Dean of the Faculty of Energy Olimzhon Zuvurovich Toirov, Head of the Department of "Electrical Engineering" Rakhmatillo Choriyevich Karimov, and Head of the Knowledge Transfer and Industry Relations Department Javokhir Buriyevich Toshov.
The parties discussed plans for student academic exchange, the organization of short-term internships for teaching staff, and joint applications for scientific projects. The colleagues were introduced to the operation processes of laboratory stands of the Department of Electrical Engineering, as well as to the modern laboratory facilities of the Department of Power Supply. Following this, a meeting was held with representatives of the academic division of New Uzbekistan University to discuss collaboration opportunities.
During the trip to Tashkent, representatives of Energo University presented our institution to high school students from two secondary schools (No. 104 and No. 305) and participated in an international education exhibition.
