Representatives from the Department of Electrical Power Engineering at Energo University's Institute of Energy and Green Technologies – Department Head, Associate Professor Ernar Amitov, and Professor Ertugan Umbetkulov – visited Tomsk Polytechnic University and the Novosibirsk branch of JSC "NTC FGC UES" SibNII Energetics to exchange experience and establish collaboration in conducting research work.
The professors familiarized themselves with modern high- and ultra-high-voltage testing stands, which enable scientific and contractual research for industrial enterprises. During their meeting with Russian colleagues from the High Voltage and Composite Materials Research and Production Laboratories and the School of Energy Engineering at Tomsk Polytechnic, Energo University representatives outlined new areas for joint educational and research projects.
– We also established partnership ties with the Laboratory of the Physical Modeling and Testing Department of SibNII Energetics. All of this should positively impact the development of research and educational activities in our department, – noted Ernar Amitov.
