In the period from February 26 to 27, 2020 in the city of Nur-Sulatan, the intellectual team competition “StudentDigitalFest” was held among students of Master’s degree program and undergraduates of technical specialties of universities of Kazakhstan. It was organized by “KAZENERGY” Association and “Karachaganak Petroleum Operating B.V.”
The competition was divided into several stages:
-Team building
-Filling out an application
-Choosing a topic for a design solution
-Development of a project / solution
-Sending a project passport to email
-Remote holding of the 1st round
– presentation of projects in the city of Nur-Sulatn
2 teams came out from AUPET:
The first team includes: Akhmedzhanov Sayat, Sagynbaev Nurtilek, Seidegaliev Toregali, Abilkayyrgyzy Akbobek. Topic: “Digital solutions to improve control of access for vehicles to gas-hazardous areas of the deposits.”
The second team includes students: Burabaev Aidana, Toktanay Zhanibek, Abitai Anuar, Bazarbay Didar with the topic: “Opportunities for integrating digitalization into an integrated electronic system for registering potential suppliers in the database of companies”.
Our teams have developed a project and solutions on selected topics. The first team developed a project using the recognition of biometric data, as well as the recognition of cars driving into a gas-hazardous areas of the deposits. 4 teams spoke on our topic. According to the results of the competition, the first team took second place.
The second team developed a project using the website for the turnover document and Telegram Bot. Digitalization of all documents and DS digital signature thanks to which you can remotely sign documents were developed in this project. As a result, the second team received first place and the opportunity to undergo practical training at the “Karachaganak” gas deposits.
