One of the planned meetings of the Teaching and Methodological Association - Project Management Teams in the areas of personnel training "Telecommunications" and "Engineering " was held today, on the 16th April , 2020 at 10. 00 on the basis of the Non-profit Joint-Stock Company "AUPET". The meeting of the Training and Methodological Association - Project Management Group was planned according to the schedule of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan on topical issues in the framework of the implementation of Distance Educational Technologies in higher educational institutions during the declared state of emergency in the Republic of Kazakhstan.Representatives of the academic community and representatives of the labor market in the amount of more than 47 people took part in this event.
The following participants made interesting and informative presentations: Mikhail Vladimirovich Bashkirov, Manager of Project "Electrical Engineering" of Project Management Groups, Umbetkulov Yertugan Kozhagulovich Ph.D., Head. Department "Power Plants and Electric Power Systems" and Tergemes Kazhibek Tileugaliuly Ph.D., Head of Department "Supply of Electricity and Renewable Energy" on the approval of new educational programs developed on the basis of professional standards.During the discussion of the issue of developing educational programs on the basis of professional standards, the chairman of the Teaching and Methodological Association - Project Management Groups S. Sagintayeva noted that in order to achieve a high result of the training of demanding personnel oriented towards changing the needs of the real labor market, it is necessary for higher education institutions, together with the labor market, to solve issues of continuing professional development of the faculty, modernization of the laboratory base of universities, the formation of a base and the creation of a pool of highly qualified experts to analyze programs.
