On April 14, 2020, a webinar on the topic “Discussion of improving the efficiency of research activities in institutes” was held.
Heads of research laboratories and scientific and technical centers attended the webinar.
During the webinar, questions on the issues of conducting research and development, implementation of grant financing projects and draft contracts of state self-supporting enterprises in the state of emergency were considered. Options for their decisions have been discussed. Questions on optimizing the remote work of laboratories and scientific and technical centers, including methods for improving the work of this type, were considered. A discussion of the problems of implementing scientific publications in emergency mode and methods for solving them was held.
