Dear participants and colleagues! I congratulate you on the opening of the Republican Subject Olympiad in the specialty "Automation and Control". The organization of intellectual competitions is not only a great honor, but also a great responsibility for us. For the first time, the Republican Subject Olympiad in the specialty "Automation and Control" is held in remote mode. Here, in the remote format on the basis of the department "Automation and Control" of the Institute of Control Systems and Information Technologies of the Almaty University of Power Engineering and Telecommunications named after Gumarbek Daukeev, the best teams from 13 universities situated in 8 cities and regions of Kazakhstan: Nur-Sultan, Almaty, Karaganda, Taraz, Atyrau, Pavlodar, Turkestan, Uralsk participate. This is a serious and fascinating test, which has a worthy history and a bright future.
