The scholarship competition is annually held and funded at the initiative of the Scientific and Educational Fund named after Academician Sh. Yesenov. The purpose of the Competition is to promote the development of science in the Republic of Kazakhstan by supporting the best undergraduate and graduate students from leading universities in the country and developing their competencies demanded by modern society. Aidana Burabaeva takes an active part in international and national competitions and competitions. On December 7-9, 2019, together with the IT-Energy team, she won the "Hackathon Kazpost" competition, won second place in the Republican contest "Youth Business Project" as part of the entrepreneurial ideas festival on February 10, 2020, and won the Student Digital Fest 28 February 2, 2020 in the city of Nur Sultan, thereby received the opportunity to internship at Karachaganak Petroleum Operating.
