Information for applicants for Master’s and PhD programs
TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language from English) is a standardized test for knowledge of English, the results of which can be used to confirm the level of English proficiency by applicants from non-English-speaking countries.
To take the TOEFL exam, you can register at http://www.ets.org/toefl and pay in the same place. At M&K (http://mkexam.kz/) you can consult on a convenient date for passing the exam.
IELTS (International English Language Testing System from English) is an international English language proficiency test. The exam allows you to determine the level and skills of English in people for whom English is not native.
To take the IELTS exam, you must register at https://www.britishcouncil.kz/. Payment and date selection is made entirely by the respondent.
General conditions for passing the TOEFL and IELTS exams:
- Registration for the exam in the testing centers is online.
- The delivery schedule is determined automatically on the sites.
- Payment for the exam is made independently by the respondent.
- Exams are held strictly in the audiences of testing centers.
