Persons wishing to participate in the competition submit an online application (scanned in any form) to the name of Rector Sagintayeva S.S.

by e-mail aues@aues.kz (marked - for the competition) until 18-00, July 05, 2020.

The following main scanned or qualitatively photographed documents are attached to the application in one email:

1) an application (filed in the name of the university rector, made out personally, legibly, affixing a signature and date of compilation, indicating the position and the position claimed, cell phone, date of birth, education, academic degree and year of defense of the dissertation, academic rank and year of assignment, the name and code of the specialty of higher and postgraduate education according to the classifier Committee for Control in the Field of Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan);

2) autobiography (can be a WORD file);

3) copies of diplomas of higher education, academic degree, scientific degree (with the submission of pages of abstracts of dissertations indicating the name of the specialty, date of defense and topic of the dissertation), a document on the scientific rank;

4) copies of certificates of retraining and advanced training (if any);

5) a list of scientific works and inventions (if any);

6) recommendations from the previous employer;

7)  presentation of the draft content of readable discipline on the educational program for filling vacant posts of faculty or the project of research work to fill the vacant posts of scientists (PPT or PDF file, no more than 10 slides);

 

Persons who do not work in AUPET and accordingly did not submit certificates to AUPET in accordance with paragraph 1 of Art. 51 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Education", must additionally submit:

8) a medical certificate in the form No. 086 approved by order of the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 23, 2010 No. 907 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts under No. 6697);

9) a certificate (or a PDF file from egov.kz) on the presence or absence of information on records issued by the Committee of Legal Statistics and Special Records of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan on a person committing a criminal offense;

10) certificate of the narcological organization (or PDF file from egov.kz) stating that the tender participant is not registered in the form in accordance with Appendix 1 to the standard of the public service “Issuing a certificate from the narcological organization”, approved by order of the Minister of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 27, 2015 No. 272 ​​(registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts under No. 11304) (hereinafter - Order No. 272);

11) a certificate from a neuropsychiatric organization (or a PDF file from egov.kz) stating that the bidder is not registered in the form according to Appendix 1 to the standard of the public service “Issuing a certificate from a neuropsychiatric organization”, approved by Order No. 272.

 The applicant may also provide additional documents or other information that the applicant considers necessary to submit for consideration by the tender committee. The originals of the documents are provided after passing the competition during the execution of the contract.

The submission of an incomplete package of documents according to the list is the basis for refusal in any form.
