Major overhaul in the hostel No. 2 has started

AUPET has 3 hostels for nonresident students. The hostels were commissioned back in 1988. Every year, at least, cosmetic repairs and partly overhauls are carried out in all hostels. So, over the past few years, work to strengthen the seismic resistance of the hostel has been carried out, and in 2015 - overhaul of one half of the hostel No. 2.

Due to numerous requests from students, the university administration decided to carry out a major overhaul of all dormitories. The largest hostel of the university - hostel No. 2 was the first to get into this plan.

The total area of the hostel No. 2 is 11562 square meters. The hostel can accommodate 837 students, accommodating them in 247 rooms.

The renovation had started in the second half of June and a lot of work has been done to date.

Before the arrival of our students, we plan not only to complete major overhaul, but also to replace all the furniture in the hostel No. 2.
