For the convenience of applicants, the Ministry of Education and Science has decided to extend the deadline for accepting applications for participation in the competition for the award of educational grants until July 30 (inclusive).

To apply for a grant without a Digital Signature:

You HAVE TO CONTACT the university's virtual admissions office. According to the video appeal of applicants, the staff of the virtual admissions commissions of universities together with them will fill out an application, answer questions and help choose the desired educational program.
