In the conditions of quarantine due to the COVID-19 pandemic and as part of preventive measures related to the threat of coronavirus infection in the 2020-2021 academic year, the educational process is organized as follows

Under quarantine conditions due to the COVID-19 pandemic and as part of preventive measures related to the threat of coronavirus infection in the 2020-2021 academic year

1. The educational process is organized:

- in the form of distance learning - lectures, seminars, practical (problem solving) classes, most of the laboratory classes in the ICT direction (not requiring special equipment) and similarly - virtual laboratory work;

- in a blended learning format (individually, on a sliding schedule, and no more than 4 students in a standard laboratory with an area of 36 sq.m.) - laboratory classes on stands and equipment in the laboratories of departments, all types of industrial practices.

2. The educational process is carried out using online courses and distance educational technologies and tools (the main ones are LMS-PLATONUS with gradual replacement by our own development, Microsoft Teams, corporate email; auxiliary ones are instant messengers, webinar systems, chats, podcasts, etc.)

3. For all students, organizational and orientation weeks (UN) will be held in a distance format in order to:

- adaptation and familiarization with academic policy, teaching and assessment policy;

 - obtaining login and passwords, registration in the system;

 - conclusion of an agreement for the receipt of educational services;

 - meeting an advisor;

 - registration / recording and formation of the Individual Curriculum.

4. Educational activities are organized with mandatory compliance with preventive measures and ensuring the sanitary and epidemiological regime.

5. All employees and students will be instructed on the implementation of the Regulation on ensuring the sanitary and epidemiological regime.

6. All employees and students are required to comply with the Regulation on ensuring the sanitary and epidemiological regime.

7. All information will be posted on the official website of the university aues.edu.kz on the official instagram page @ aues_university.

8. The schedule of training sessions is posted on the website aues.arhit.kz/rasp.
