Company “Schneider Electric” has awarded prizes to active participants in webinars for AUPET
Training webinars for students and employees of the Almaty University of Power Engineering and Telecommunications named after Gumarbek Daukeev have become another form of cooperation with the Kazakhstani representative office of the world famous company “Schneider Electric”.
“Schneider Electric” is a global leader in industrial automation and power supply. Multilateral partnerships are developing with the Kazakh representative office of this company at AUPET named after Gumarbek Daukeev. The creation of a laboratory on the basis of the Department “Automation and Control”, equipped with modern automation equipment and software from “Schneider Electric”, was a strategic step in this cooperation. In addition to the educational process, in the created laboratory, for example, the joint implementation of various projects and training courses are planned.
And as another form of cooperation, “Schneider Electric”, with the assistance of the department “Automation and Control”, held a series of training webinars for students of all specialties of the AUPET and university staff:
• Leadership in the digital economy;
• Automation and electric drive;
• Smart home, smart building, smart city - creation concepts;
• Modular equipment and an overview of electrical installation products;
• How to start doing what you put off for a long time - effective planning;
• Uninterrupted power supply of important objects.
Experienced specialists from Kazakhstan and Russian offices of Schneider Electric acted as lecturers. The topics of the webinars were selected so as to cover many specialties and educational programs, the training in which is carried out at the Almaty University of Power Engineering and Telecommunications named after Gumarbek Daukeev.
At the end of the webinars, Schneider Electric awarded prizes with company symbols to the most active participants in the webinars. They are:
- Karim Iglikov;
- Aizada Seytgazy;
- Chingiz Mendykhanov;
- Timur Shalginbaev;
- Zhanna Tleubaeva.
Two of the awarded participants - Aizada Seytkazy and Timur Shalginbaev - are students of the specialty "Automation and Control". And Zhanna Tleubaeva is a senior teacher of the department of the same name.
Generally speaking, cooperation with “Schneider Electric” has become one of the strategic directions in its development for the department “Automation and Control”.
