Within the framework of the traditional Decade of first-year students of the Almaty University of Power Engineering and Telecommunications named after Gumarbek Daukeev, the Department of Social Disciplines held the first round of the event under the Elbasy program “Spiritual Revival”.

Students were invited to conduct research on the history of the Motherland on the following topics: "Tugan zher", "Sacred places of Kazakhstan", "Names in the memory of the people - unique people." The students completed the task with great interest, and by October 5, 50 entries for the competition in the spirit of "There is no place better than homeland ..." were presented.

The goal of the competition is to instill a sense of respect for our land, village, city and Small Motherland in our difficult time of a global pandemic and to foster spiritual purity, humanity and honesty, and above all, to realize that the history of our country is an essential part of world history and nomadic civilization .

The second round of the event will continue. We invite all students to take an active part. It is planned to select the most interesting works and include them in the collection. Below are the results of the first round of the student event.

We remind you that from December 7 to 12, 2020, the results of the second stage of the competition with the participation of undergraduates and students of Master’s programs of all courses will be summed up and the winners will be awarded.
