If you encounter problems in passing midterm controls with the proctoring system, or Internet failures or other technical problems, you have to write legibly and photograph or print a free-form application in WORD. In the application, you have to indicate all the circumstances (when, where and what happened, and if so, attach screenshots of the screen, photos, etc.). Next, you send this application to the e-mail of your Institute (the mails are given below). The commission of your institute, having considered your application, taking into account these logs and other information from Platonus from our system administrators, will inform you when a re-testing will be scheduled. All applications will be carefully studied and will not be ignored!!!
