The questions from the meeting with the students on December 10
1.When will there be off line studuing?
We hope from 1 February 2021 if the epidemiological situation improves significantly.
2.Will the session be canceled?
No. We remind you that the share of the exam grade is only 40% of the total grade for the discipline. The admission rating score is 60%, which includes all your grades and midterm controls received during the semester. The exam, as a form of control, is an obligatory element of the educational process, therefore, the examination session at AUPET will be held in accordance with the approved academic calendar.
3.Will the colloquium grades be removed?
If you passed the colloquium without technical problems, then no - how you answered the questions - this is what you deserve. If there were problems with the Internet or other problems, and you were not able to pass the colloquium, the teacher will assign you a second colloquium.
The grade for the colloquium, as the current grade, will be given in the end only if the colloquium was passed without technical problems. Otherwise, the colloquium will be deleted within the next week.
4.Will you cancel the proctoring?
No.
5.Do you provide 100% protection of personal data from proctoring?
Proctoring cannot see your personal data, because during testing you should not have anything launched from your "confidential" programs or open any tabs. By the way, think about it, why don't you, using Windows, ask them such a question?
6.Have you seen the petition that our students put together? What do you think?
Yes. A detailed answer has already been given on the official website of AUPET:
https://aues.edu.kz/ru/post/one?id=599&index_page=1
7.Is the time for passing one subject of Final Test one day?
Much more - a full week.
8.Is it possible to grade the exam on the admission rating?
No. Read the answer: https://aues.edu.kz/ru/post/one?id=599&index_page=1
9.What if there are technical problems with Platonus?
To act in accordance with the academic policy published on the AUPET website (statement).
10.Is it possible to increase the time for passing the test from 40 minutes to an hour?
Yes, it is. Testing involves 40 questions for 60 minutes (1 hour).
