The chief sanitary doctor of Kazakhstan signed new quarantine regulations

The chief state sanitary doctor of Kazakhstan, Yerlan Kiyasov, has signed new quarantine decrees, Tengrinews.kz reports.

The country introduces a ban on audio, photo and video filming in healthcare organizations, ambulances, in premises designated by local executive bodies for quarantine, as well as in the provision of medical care at home by medical workers, conducting an epidemiological investigation in the interviewing and questioning patients and contacts.

In addition, the sanitary doctor decided to prohibit the use of hookahs in public catering facilities.

Quarantine and compliance with the sanitary and disinfection regime in medical organizations, medical and social facilities for the elderly and persons with disabilities, children's homes, orphanages, social rehabilitation centers, educational institutions for disabled children, boarding schools. Potential parents are allowed to visit orphanages and orphanages to meet with orphans for their further adoption / adoption, guardianship, guardianship when potential parents provide a document on their laboratory examination for COVID-19 by the method of Polymerase chain reaction with a negative result, from the date of issue which has passed no more than three days.

Also introduced:

a ban on holding spectacular, sporting events, exhibitions, forums, conferences, as well as family, solemn, commemorative events (banquets, weddings, anniversaries, commemorations), including at home and other events with a large crowd of people;

a ban on the activities of entertainment establishments (children's playgrounds and attractions in enclosed spaces, trampolines, etc.), bookmakers;

the prohibition of the activities of preschool institutions, with the exception of duty groups;

from December 25, 2020 to January 5, 2021, a ban on organizing and holding New Year's parties, holiday corporate parties;

a ban on the activities of children's health camps;

a ban on the departure of athletes to participate in training camps and competitions outside the Republic of Kazakhstan;

permission the activities of outdoor attractions subject to the requirements of the Resolution of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 67;

permission for individual and group outdoor training (no more than 5 people per group);

permission for sports training for national teams, club teams (no more than 30 people, contactless thermometry, accommodation at sports bases);

permission for the movement of personal vehicles between regions;

sanitizing and disinfecting public transport, taxis, airports, courtyard playgrounds, food and non-food markets and other public places;

permission the activities of financial market entities with time and number restrictions in accordance with the act of the National Bank and the Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market.
