Easing quarantine in Almaty: new decree of Bekshin was issued

It comes into effect on 1 February.

The new resolution of the chief state sanitary doctor of Almaty, Zhandarbek Bekshin, has been published, which comes into force on February 1.

Bekshin's previous ruling will expire.

I DECIDE:

Akims of districts, state bodies, law enforcement and special bodies to ensure the implementation of the resolution of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 68 "On restrictive quarantine measures and their gradual mitigation" dated December 25, 2020, as well as the following restrictions and permits in Almaty:

• a ban on holding spectacular, sporting events, exhibitions, conferences, as well as family, solemn, commemorative events (banquets, weddings, anniversaries, commemorations), including at home and other events with a large crowd of people;

• a ban on the activities of entertainment establishments (banquet rooms, billiard rooms, computer, night and game clubs, karaoke, bowling, playgrounds and attractions in enclosed spaces, trampolines, bookmakers);

• prohibition of the activities of preschool institutions, with the exception of duty groups, provided that the grouping of groups of no more than 15 people is observed;

• a ban on the activities of seasonal children's health organizations (camps);

• compulsory hospitalization of patients with mild and moderate forms of coronavirus infection, hospitalization of asymptomatic forms in the absence of conditions for compliance with home quarantine;

• restriction of the activities of Shopping Entertainment Centers, trading houses from 10.00 to 23.00 with a ban on Sundays;

• permit the operation of industrial and construction facilities (provided that there are no contacts in the household premises) with strict observance of social distance, mask regime, enhanced sanitary and disinfection regime; to recommend to organize official transport for delivery to work and delivery of workers of industrial, construction and motor transport enterprises;

• authorize the operation of travel companies, business centers (insurance companies, lawyer, notary, accountant and consulting services, real estate agencies, advertising agencies, bailiffs, exchange offices, pawnshops, etc.);

• authorize the work of medical organizations, pharmacies, museums, libraries, flower shops, photo salons;
