It is necessary to ensure the consistency and social orientation of work with students with special educational needs. It is necessary to purchase the required amount of proper quality audio and video equipment, equip the psychological service with the necessary equipment and materials. It is necessary to actively use the available free space to coordinate and encourage student activity. It is necessary to accelerate the work on the creation of the AUPET museum.
It is necessary to provide targeted advanced training of teaching staff, staff and students involved in youth policy. The results of the questioning of teachers through the eyes of students were presented by the director of the DAV Mukhamedzhanova R.R. In January 2021, in order to monitor student satisfaction with the quality of educational services; a survey of students was conducted. 1826 students took part in the survey, which is 26% of the total number of students. In general, according to the results of the survey, students are satisfied with the quality of educational services provided by the university. As general recommendations, the respondents suggested: increasing the amount of practical training; to increase the number of disciplines in the off-line format; go to training in offline format. If earlier, to the question: “What disciplines would students like to study additionally,” students indicated core and IT disciplines, now, along with core disciplines, these are: oratory, communication skills, connection, public relations. The department "Social disciplines" in the disciplines of the OOD block was invited to consider this topic.
Also, the Career Center, student trade union committee, asset can hold a number of training seminars and meetings in this area. In addition, at the meeting of the Academic Committee, it is necessary to consider the issue of strengthening video content by discipline. The head of the OR, Neledva V.V., spoke about the results of the winter examination session of the 2020/2021 academic year and proposals for improving the educational process. Thus, 5877 students of 1-4 years of bachelor's degree were admitted to the winter examination session, of which 5270 (3901) students were "grant students", 607 (589) "full-time students". Overall, the university has seen an improvement in academic performance by 10%.
The quality indicators have improved by 30%. From the above, we can conclude that the remote form of conducting exams allows you to improve the final indicators of students. It is important that this does not negatively affect the level of knowledge of our students. In the opinion of V.V. Neledva, the head of the OR, it is necessary to revise the system for assessing the results of current work and switch to a slightly different system for assessing and analyzing learning outcomes: ensure that teachers use the entire range of assessments from 0 to 100%; provide analysis on the distribution of scores, median and standard deviation analysis; the evaluation criteria must clearly describe the parameters by which the work is evaluated. The Rector of the University S.S. Sagintayeva noted the need to discuss and consider at the methodological council the most different forms of testing used in the world educational practice.

A detailed report was presented in numerical terms. According to the speaker, in general, the State Exam on "Modern History of Kazakhstan" was held in an organized manner, in accordance with the established schedule, there were no disruptions to the GEC. The appeal was filed only for technical reasons, this is a weak Internet, a power outage, etc. these are the students who could not pass during the exam and could not enter.
In the next academic year, it is planned to preserve the test form of the State Examination Commission on the Modern History of Kazakhstan, as the most optimal for monitoring students' knowledge. Within the framework of the meeting of the Academic Council, other issues: on the assignment of the honorary title of professor of AUPET named after Gumarbev Daukeyev, on the reappointment of heads to bachelors and undergraduates in connection with personnel changes were considered.

Moreover, the university has created all the necessary conditions and opportunities for the development of educational, professional and social experience of students and staff through their inclusion in various scientific and educational programs and projects.
And the second main and equal position - by 2025, AUPET is a leading research university in Central Asia in the field of energy, telecommunications, and information and aerospace technologies.
