New capabilities of control systems and IT technologies - scientists from around the world in the webinars of Professor Utepbergenov

Professor of the Department “Automation and Control” Irbulat Turemuratovich Utepbergenov and his research group are opening a series of webinars dedicated to the scientific developments of scientists from around the world in the field of automation, control and IT technologies. The first meeting on the Internet is on Thursday, March 4, 2021.

In 2020, at the Almaty University of Power Engineering and Telecommunications named after Gumarbek Daukeyev, a scientific group under the leadership of professor of the Department “Automation and Control”  Utepbergenov was founded. Irbulat Turemuratovich Utepbergenov is a well-known Kazakhstani scientist, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor of the Higher Attestation Commission, a graduate of the Moscow Higher Technical School named after N. Bauman.

One of the activities of the scientific group is the exchange of knowledge and discussion of scientific achievements in the field of automation, control and IT technologies with the participation of reputable scientists from different countries. Paying tribute to the achievements of colleagues from abroad, Professor Utepbergenov also urges to pay attention to the developments of Kazakhstani scientists. They are undeniably noteworthy. Therefore, it is natural that the main speaker of the first webinar will be our compatriot, professor of the Eurasian National University named after L. Gumilyov, Doctor of Technical Sciences Beisembi Mamyrbek Aukeybaevich.

The topic of the report is "Research and control of unstable and deterministic chaotic regimes of dynamic systems".

Research interests of M. A. Beisembi: Modern control theory, robust automatic control systems, catastrophe theory, deterministic chaos in economic systems.

Courses taught: doctoral studies - "Methods of the modern theory of automatic control", "Modeling of socio-economic processes", "Theory, methods and means of system analysis", "Adaptive management of socio-economic systems"; bachelor's degree - "Linear automatic control systems".
