On March 16, 2021, at the Academic Council, the Rector of the Almaty University of Power Engineering and Telecommunications named after Gumarbek Daukeyev Sagintayeva Saule Savetovna congratulated the heroes of the day. They are Kibarin Andrey Anatolyevich, head of the department "Thermal Power Plants" and Sanatova Toty Sabirovna, associate professor of the department "Engineering Ecology and Labor Safety''.
