Dear faculty and employees of AUPET named after Gumarbek Daukeyev!
The administration of the state communal enterprise on the right of economic management "City student polyclinic" of the Public Health Department of Almaty, during the period of epidemiological trouble, is vaccinating against coronavirus infection.
Persons at high risk of CVI infection should be vaccinated.
According to the guidelines No. 01-1-2314 of January 27, 2021 "Vaccination against coronavirus infection of the population in the Republic of Kazakhstan" teachers are included in this list.
All teachers and staff of the AUPET named after Gumarbek Daukeev who wish to be vaccinated against COVID-19 with the Russian Sputnik-V vaccine must provide Karakesov Mansur Kairovich (email address m.karakesov@aues.kz)
the following personal data: full name, individual identification number, home address; address of the actual residence; mobile phone). You must complete the table in the attachment.
Vaccination is beginning on April 1, 2021.
Vaccination applications are accepted from March 29, 2021 to March 31, 2021.
The drug is contraindicated in:
- hypersensitivity to any component of a vaccine or a vaccine containing similar components,
- severe allergies
- primary immunodeficiency,
- with exacerbation of chronic diseases,
- history of severe allergic reactions,
- pregnancy and breastfeeding period,
- exacerbation of chronic diseases (vaccination is carried out 2-4 weeks after recovery or remission),
- blood cancer and oncology.
You can get vaccinated against COVID-19 at a student clinic, regardless of which clinic you are attached to.
