Merkulov Anton Gennadievich, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical Engineers (Senior Member IEEE). He is a member of the D2 Working Group "Information Systems and Telecommunications" of the Russian National Research Committee of the International Council for Large High Voltage Systems (fr.: CIGRE, Conference Internationale des Grandes Reseaux Electriques a Haute Tension). He is the author of 3 scientific and technical monographs, and more than 30 articles on the topic of high-frequency communication channels over power lines 35-750 kV. He has 15 years of experience in organizing telecommunications networks for power utilities.
