Kiyasov made changes to the decree on quarantine in Kazakhstan
Chief State Sanitary Doctor of Kazakhstan Yerlan Kiyasov made changes and additions to several of his decrees
The new document will come into force on April 14.
The sanitary doctor decided to amend the resolution "On further strengthening measures to prevent coronavirus infection at checkpoints on the state border of the Republic of Kazakhstan." In particular, subparagraph 1) of paragraph 7 is now stated as follows:
1) passengers who have not submitted a Certificate should not be allowed to board the aircraft."
Decisions on toughening quarantine measures are taken by the Chief State Sanitary Physicians of the regions, the cities of Almaty, Nur-Sultan, Shymkent, the heads of the structural divisions of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the national security and internal affairs bodies operating in the field of sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population, depending on the emerging epidemiological situation, ”the text of the document says.
The decision to relax quarantine measures is taken exclusively by the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Republic of Kazakhstan, depending on the emerging epidemiological situation.
Changes have also taken place in the decree "On further strengthening measures to prevent coronavirus infection among the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan."
In addition, the decree stipulates that in order to increase the availability of vaccination for the population and simplify the process of receiving vaccinations, it is allowed to organize mobile vaccination points or mobile vaccination teams.
The daily workload for the team should be no more than 300 vaccinations.
The doctor, nurse and registrar will be part of the same team.
The decree will come into force at 00:00 on April 14.
