Joint Webinar of Honeywell and AUPET “MODERN APPROACHES TO CREATION OF AUTOMATION SYSTEMS”

At the webinar, information will be presented: what modern technologies and solutions are offered by one of the world leaders in the field of automation and control? Sarsenbek Zhusupbekov, research professor of the Department “Automation and Control” of Almaty University of Power Engineering and Telecommunications named after Gumarbek Daukeyev, organized this webinar.

The main topics of speeches are Smart Energy, industrial cyber security and gas analysis solutions. The speakers are representatives of the Kazakh and Russian offices of Honeywell Corporation: Alex Shvidun - Head of the Industrial Cyber Security Department (Moscow); Yestay Manasbayev - Senior Project Manager of Smart Energy; Sanzhar Beisembayev is a senior sales representative for Honeywell GAS (Gas Analysis & Safety). Serik Abdigaliev, General Director of Honeywell-ACS, a representative office of Honeywell in Kazakhstan, will participate in the webinar.

Cooperation of Honeywell-ACS with the Department “Automation and Control” of AUPET is developing in various directions: coordination of curricula for Bachelor's, Master's and PhD programs; participation in the work of the state attestation commission for the protection of diploma projects; organization of practice; search for solutions for joint projects; supply of modern industrial automation equipment and software to improve the quality of the educational process.
