WE ARE IMPLEMENTING THE \"RUKHANI ZHANGYRU\" PROGRAM!

In an online format, a round table summarizing the results of the republican competition of student works (essays) was held. Themes of the projects of the program: "RUKHANI ZHANGYRU": "TUGAN ZHER", "SPIRITUAL SHARES OF KAZAKHSTAN", "SACRED GEOGRAPHY OF KAZAKHSTAN", "100 NEW FACES OF KAZAKHSTAN" AND "AUYL - EL BESIGI".

The event was organized by the Department “Social Disciplines” and the project office of Rukhani Zhangyru. The meeting was opened by the moderator of the round table, Bolat Zholamanovich Kabdushev, the Head of the Department “Social Disciplines”, Candidate of Historical Sciences, Associate Professor, Head of the Rukhani Zhangyru project office.

Serik Kapanovich Makhmutov, vice-rector for educational work of the Almaty University of Power Engineering and Telecommunications named after Gumarbek Daukeyev, addressed the participants of the round table with a welcoming speech. According to S.K. Makhmutov, in April 2017, 4 years have passed since the publication of the programmatic article by Elbasy N.A. Nazarbayev "Bolashakka bagdar: rukhani zhangyru", which defines the path of spiritual development of the Kazakh people. Rouhani Zhangyru is a way of educating a person who does not forget about national values. It is obvious that a country with a high national spirit, high spirituality and developed culture will achieve a lot. Without love, respect for the native land, native village, native land, it is impossible to faithfully serve the Motherland. Patriotism begins with love for the native land, village, city and region. Therefore, the active participation of our students in the popularization of their native land, its culture and traditions is one of the most important manifestations of true patriotism. The united team of the Almaty University of Power Engineering and Telecommunications named after Gumarbek Daukeyev supports the implementation of bright deeds and directions of the Rukhani Zhangyru program, which will be continued in the future.

According to Bolat Zholamanovich Kabdushev, head of the department of social disciplines, head of the project office of Rukhani Zhangyru, the strengthening of educational work since 2017 is inextricably linked with the release of the program article of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan: "Looking into the future: modernization of public consciousness." A great contribution to the enrichment of the upbringing process was made during the implementation of the programs "Madeni Mura", "Khalyk tarikh tolkynynda". The preservation and enhancement of the moral, spiritual and cultural values ​​of the younger generation is carried out through the projects: "Tugan Zher", "Sacred Geography of Kazakhstan", "Modern Kazakhstani Culture in the Global World", "100 New Faces of Kazakhstan", "New Humanitarian Knowledge. 100 new textbooks in the Kazakh language ”,“ The transition of the state language to the Latin alphabet ”. Projects of the gradual transition of the Kazakh language to the Latin script, "100 new textbooks in the Kazakh language" motivate students to effectively and qualitatively master the state language. Today it should become an axiom - the path to a country with competitive human capital, the path to the Society of Universal Labor, the path to a completely different quality of life is possible only through the spiritual and moral revival of the nation, modernization of the public consciousness of modern youth, humanization of education.

The participants of the round table unanimously expressed the opinion that the holding of the republican competition of student works (essays) on the thematic projects of the "RUKHANI ZHANGYRU" program: "TUGAN ZHER", "SPIRITUAL SHORTS OF KAZAKHSTAN" And "AUYL - EL BESIGI" is of great importance in the upbringing of the younger generation. This contributes to the implementation of such tasks of education as: the formation, development and formation of the individual on the basis of national and universal values, achievements of science and practice; formation of solid foundations of morality and a healthy lifestyle, enrichment of intelligence by creating conditions for the development of individuality and critical thinking. This helps to educate citizenship and patriotism, love for their Motherland - the Republic of Kazakhstan, respect for state symbols, respect for folk traditions, intolerance to any anti-constitutional and antisocial manifestations. This creates the need to participate in the socio-political, economic and cultural life of the country; familiarization with the achievements of national and world culture; study of the history, customs and traditions of the Kazakh and other ethnic groups and ethnic groups of Kazakhstan; mastering the state, Russian, foreign languages.

According to Khankelda Mahmutuly Abzhanov, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor, Head of the Rukhani Zhangyru Center of the Kazakh National Agrarian Research University, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Republic of Kazakhstan is on the path of progressive development, where the leading position is occupied by the modernization of public consciousness. Modern society is in demand for new socio-psychological standards of behavior of citizens of Kazakhstan with the preservation and high importance of national identity, cultural context, a model of self-development, self-education and a successful creative personality based on the highest professionalism, competence and good breeding, increasing the role of family potential. The content of the conceptual foundations of education should take into account six areas of modernization of public consciousness: competitiveness, pragmatism, preservation of national identity, the cult of knowledge, evolutionary rather than revolutionary development of Kazakhstan, openness of consciousness, defined by the programmatic article of the Head of State N.A. Nazarbayev “Looking into the future: modernization of public consciousness ”. According to Kuanysh Shakirtuly Mukhamedzhan, professor at the Almaty University of Power Engineering and Telecommunications named after Gumarbek Daukeyev, global factors necessitate reorientation to a powerful educational culture that forms the potential of national values, strengthening the imperatives of the spiritual and moral heritage of mankind.

During the round table, the presentation of the book "The Creative Way of the Intellectual Club Parasat" and the preparation of the text of the Memorandum of Cooperation were held. And also the presentation of a collection of materials of the Republican competition of student works (essays) on thematic projects of the program "Rukhani Zhangyru": "Tugan zher", "Spiritual shrines of Kazakhstan", "Sacred geography of Kazakhstan", "100 new faces of Kazakhstan", "Auyl - el besigі" was presented.
