AUPET named after Gumarbek Daukeyev took a leading position in the rating of educational programs of the Independent Agency for Quality Assurance in Education.

Independent Agency for Quality Assurance in Education, a non-governmental institution, is a non-profit organization. It was created to improve the quality of education and the competitiveness of Kazakhstani and foreign educational institutions, to provide information for interested persons in Kazakhstan and abroad about conscientiously working educational organizations.

The objectives of the conducted rating research are to answer the following questions:

• providing the public with information for decision-making (applicants and their parents; politicians; foundations; employers; international organizations);

• assistance in the development of competition among higher education institutions;

• stimulation to improve the activities of universities, this concerns the effectiveness of training, research work, international exchanges, the quality of the work of the teaching staff;

• evaluation of educational programs by employers, experts, students and alumni.

The position in the rating is the result of the fruitful work carried out by the AUPET.
