The executives of AUPET named after Gumarbek Daukeev congratulated the winner of \"Capture The Flag\" Nureken Eldos

The "Capture The Flag" competition was held among students of higher educational institutions of Kazakhstan in Nur-Sultan from May 27 to May 29, 2021 in an offline format.

In the final, the participants had to "hack" the goals in the network infrastructure of the virtual organization. The organizers of the competition set the difficult task of capturing the "flag", solving certain problems before others, and holding their positions until the last second. The competition lasted 36 hours without a break.

In this competition, our 2nd year student Master’s program Nureken Eldos, group MSISs-19-1, specializing in Information Security Systems, took part and became the deserved winner. He took second place in the cybersecurity tournament “RubikCTF”. Eldos, single-handedly, was able to score 937 points and confidently win this competition while maintaining his position.

On June 21, 2021, the executives of AUPET named after Gumarbek Daukeyev personally congratulated the winner by presenting commemorative prizes and a diploma, and agreed with him on joint cooperation in preparing students for similar competitions.
