Quarantine was tightened in Almaty: Bekshin ruling
The new decree was signed by the chief sanitary doctor of Almaty Zhandarbek Bekshinim, Tengrinews.kz reports.
According to the document, the criteria for the work of socio-economic objects that are not participants in the ASHYQ project were approved.
District akims must ensure a number of measures, including the continuation of incentive measures for persons vaccinated against COVID-19. Visits to specially protected natural areas for individual and organized groups of no more than 15 people were allowed. Face-to-face meetings were allowed, provided that the participants had documented vaccinations and had recovered from illness in the last 6 months.
The work of the National Scientific and Practical Educational and Health Center "Bobek", as well as special and specialized organizations, boarding schools for children with special educational needs, boarding schools for gifted children and general boarding schools were allowed.
The decree also introduces a total mask regime, preventive disinfection treatment of public transport, taxis, metro, airports, and more.
Daily disinfection of courtyard and inter-quarter playgrounds, entrances and elevators in houses with active foci of coronavirus infection will be carried out.
In addition, a monthly one-time examination of government officials for preventive purposes, as well as volunteers and social workers will be introduced.
The resolution comes into force on June 28, 2021.
