Information on the procedure for submitting documents to the competition for the award of educational grants

Applications for the competition for the award of educational grants are accepted from July 13 to July 20 through the e-Government Portal egov.kz

How to get the service online

1. Log in to the portal and click on the "Order online service" button.

2. Fill in the application and sign it with an electronic digital signature, or using an SMS password (it is mandatory to be registered in the mobile citizens database).

3. In your personal account (in the section "History of receiving services"), read the notification about the processing of your application, which will be received within the specified time.

Required documents:

1. application for the competition in the form of an electronic document signed by the electronic digital signature of the recipient of the services;

2. electronic document on education;

3. digital photo of 3x4 size;

4. electronic conclusion of the medical consulting commission;

5. an electronic copy of the certificate of awarding the medal of the Elbasy, an electronic copy of the International Diploma (if any);

6. an electronic document confirming the benefits of the recipient of services (death certificate of both or a single parent, or other documents confirming the absence of parents, supporting documents of persons equated in benefits and guarantees to participants in the Great Patriotic War, certificates of disability, etc.).

7. International certificate in English (TOEFL ITP, TOEFL iBT, TOEFL, IELTS) (if available);

8. Electronic copies of diplomas (winners of international olympiads and competitions of scientific projects (scientific competitions) in general subjects (awarded with diplomas of the first, second and third degrees), international and republican competitions of performers and sports competitions (awarded with diplomas of the first, second and third degrees) of the last three years, the list of which is determined by the authorized body in the field of education, as well as the winners of the presidential, republican Olympiads and competitions of scientific projects in general education subjects (awarded with diplomas of the first, second and third degrees) of the current academic year, provided that their chosen specialty corresponds to the subject of the Olympiad, competition or sports competition;

9. Citizens from among invalids of I, II groups, invalids from childhood, disabled children, persons equated in benefits and guarantees to participants and invalids of the Great Patriotic War, persons of Kazakh nationality who are not citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, orphans and children, those left without parental care, as well as citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan from among young people who have lost or are left without parental care until the age of majority, additionally submit documents confirming the provision of a pre-emptive right and a quota.

10. Persons who have documents on technical and professional, post-secondary education, who have confirmed their qualifications and have worked in their specialty for at least one year, additionally submit one of the following documents (in the absence of information in the relevant state information systems):

• an electronic copy of the work book;

• an electronic copy of the track record (list of information about the work, labor activity of the employee), signed by the employer, certified by the seal of the organization (if any);

• an electronic copy of the archive certificate containing information about the employee's labor activity,

• an electronic copy of the employment contract with the employer's note on the date and grounds for its termination;

• an electronic extract from the employer's acts confirming the emergence and termination of labor relations on the basis of the conclusion and termination of an employment contract;

• an electronic copy of an extract from the payroll of employees.
