For 1 course (Applicants 2021)

2.Enter your Individual Identification Number and ID number and click the Find button.

3.In the window that opens, fill in all the data and attach all confirming documents. All fields are required. And press the send button.

4.After clicking on the submit button, your application is reviewed by the university staff, and you can track the status on the same page where you submitted your application. You will also receive a notification by e-mail that was indicated when submitting an application.

 For senior courses 

1.To submit an application, go to the portal https://portal.aues.kz/ using your username and password. 

2. In the window that opens, click on the link Application for a hostel 

3. In the window that opens, fill in all the data and attach all confirming documents. All fields are required. And press the send button.

4.After clicking on the submit button, your application is reviewed by the university staff, and you can track the status on the same page where you submitted your application. Also, a notification by e-mail that was indicated when submitting an application will come.
