From the bottom of my heart, I congratulate you on one of the most significant public holidays - Constitution Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan!

This is a special date. The Constitution is our Fundamental Law, a guarantee of stability, peace and harmony in the country, an unshakable foundation for the democratic development of our state. The Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan has become the guarantor of successful development and high international prestige of Kazakhstan.

For every citizen of Kazakhstan, the Constitution is the guarantor of fundamental rights and freedoms. This is a document that opens up space for the implementation of personal initiatives, creative ideas and projects.

Today, the Constitution is a powerful factor in the further implementation of the process of modernization, strengthening of democratic institutions, growth in the well-being of citizens and consolidation of society on the way of Kazakhstan's advancement among the 30 developed countries of the world.
