The chief sanitary doctor of Kazakhstan signed a new decree

“The Chief State Sanitary Doctor of Kazakhstan has signed a new decree,” Tengrinews.kz reports.

The document sets out the algorithm for including new participants in the Ashyq project. It also regulates the rules for tightening and easing quarantine when a region moves from one zone to another.

"Children over 12 years old can enter computer clubs, circuses, cinemas, children's health centers, interregional and intercity tourist transportation, to educational facilities, with voluntary registration by scanning a QR code, with the permission of parents or legal representatives, in the" Ashyq "application, including other platforms, "the resolution says.

The decree also states that in the event of a complication of the epidemiological situation in the critical level of risk (with an infectious bed occupancy rate of over 70 percent and an occupancy rate of more than 200 beds per 100 thousand of the population), the region goes into the "dark red" zone. Restrictive measures will be introduced "in accordance with subparagraph 16) of this paragraph." Tightening of quarantine measures is taken when the region is in the "dark red" zone for at least three days.

Enhanced quarantine measures remain for at least 7 days after the transition to the "red" zone from the "dark red".

The mitigation of quarantine measures is carried out no earlier than 7 days after the transition to the "red" zone from the "dark red" zone.

In the regions of the "dark red" zone:

suspension of the activities of all enterprises and organizations, regardless of ownership, not participating in Ashyq. The exception is the central government bodies, akimats, law enforcement agencies, healthcare organizations, the media, grocery stores, pharmacies and life support organizations, as well as organizations specified in this subparagraph;

a ban on holding spectacular, sports and other mass events, as well as family, commemorative events;

preservation of remote work for 80 percent of employees of state bodies (organizations), offices, national companies and other organizations (with the exception of those vaccinated, recovered from illness within the last three months and persons with permanent medical contraindications);

introduction of restrictive weekend measures based on the decision of the Interdepartmental Commission to prevent the emergence and spread of coronavirus infection in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

allowed outside the Ashyq project: construction work; activities of industrial enterprises; provision of contactless services (car washes, car repairs, household appliances, watches, telephones, computers, shoes, sewing ateliers, laundries, dry cleaning, key making, home life services, etc.); activities of flower shops, photo salons; activities of travel companies, business centers, certain types of activities (insurance companies, services of a lawyer, notary, accountant and consulting, real estate agencies, advertising agencies, bailiffs, exchange offices, pawnshops, banks, branches of the JSC “Kazpost” JSC, etc. ); the activity of catering facilities only for take-out and delivery; activities of akimats, law enforcement agencies, healthcare organizations, the media, grocery stores, pharmacies and life support organizations.

When the region moves to the "red" zone from the "dark red", "yellow" zone from the "red" or to the "green" zone from the "yellow", continue to comply with the requirements in accordance with Appendix 2 to the resolution.

The resolution comes into force from 00.00 hours on September 27.
