On September 16, a meeting of the executives of AUPET named after Gumarbek Daukeyev with 2nd year students was held. The Rector of the university Saule Sagintayeva greeted students, shared plans for the new academic year, and also wished everyone success.

Vice-rector for academic activities Konshin Sergey Vladimirovich, vice-rector for scientific and innovative activities Saukhimov Almaz Abzhalievich, vice-rector for social and educational work Makhmutov Serik Kapanovich, director of the department for youth policy Abdullina Zarema Alfredovna and director of the department for international cooperation and academic mobility Aliyarova Madina Birlesovna congratulated the students on the start of the classes and answered all the questions.

Students asked how the classes would be held, whether student events would be held, what the format of the gyms would be, and so on. At the end of the event, students watched a documentary about the university, its history and main advantages. The administration noted that students can always ask their questions in the rector's blog on the university website aues.edu.kz.
