On behalf of AUPET, we express our condolences to the families and friends of those killed in the shooting at Perm University. We wish the victims a speedy recovery.

This tragedy calls on us to be vigilant. We must strengthen the safety measures for children in schools, colleges and universities in the country.

 By presidential decree, panic buttons and video surveillance systems are planned to be installed in all educational facilities. Also the conduct of drills under the influence of emergencies is considered.

We urge you to be vigilant and careful, take care of yourself and your loved ones.
