Be motivated and successful! 

The meeting with the deputy of the maslikhat, the chairman of the board of the ALE "Association of suppliers of industrial enterprises" in Almaty, Nursultan Nurlanovich Shokanov, with the students and the faculty was held in the AUPET named after Gumarbek Daukeyev in online and offline format. The organizers of the event were the Department of Social Disciplines and the office of "Rukhani Zhagnyru". 

During his career, Nursultan Shokanov organized a number of successful business projects from scratch in different sectors of the economy. Products developed, patented and manufactured in Kazakhstan, within the framework of the established companies, were exported to neighboring countries. His current activities also include managing a diversified group of companies. This is the production and distribution of industrial goods, fast food chains, retail trade, services for digitalization of business processes. In recent years, Nursultan Shokanov has been actively involved in social activities. It promotes the interests of domestic producers in close cooperation with the Kazyna National Welfare Fund “Samruk”, the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs “Atameken” and relevant ministries, through the Kazakhstan Association of Industrial Suppliers. 

Nursultan Shokanov is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Fund for Digitalization of Cultural and Historical Heritage “D-Mura; co-organizer of the international exhibition project “Astana Mining and Metallurgy”. He is the author and initiator of the "Kazakhstan International Occupational Safety and Health (KIOSH) Conference and Exhibition". It is the only international dialogue and exhibition platform in Kazakhstan on labor protection issues at enterprises of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In addition, Nursultan Shokanov is actively involved in environmental issues, the development of youth policy, is the deputy chairman of the Youth Council under the Maslikhat of Almaty. According to Nursultan Shokanov, there are three goals that will help to efficiently organize and implement the development of proposals and recommendations on improving regulatory and legal acts in the field of youth policy development: education, employment and social lifts for youth; the development of a healthy lifestyle and the formation of a socially responsible, creative attitude of young people; the formation of citizenship, patriotism, culture and continuity of traditions in the youth environment. 

The meeting with a successful entrepreneur and public figure aroused great interest and a lively response from the audience. The guest answered various questions: about the formula for success; what qualities you need to cultivate in yourself to become a successful person; what problems are of concern to today's youth; what are the principles of life of a successful and active person and citizen, etc. 

The purpose of this current event is a meeting with outstanding personalities and successful people, drawing the attention of young people to understanding their participation in the modern transformations taking place in our country, the formation of a purposeful and highly moral personality with an active civic position. Undoubtedly, in order to achieve lofty goals in life, you need to take an example from those people who have a lot of life experience behind them, have confidence in their strengths, who do not turn off the intended path and only go forward with dignity, and most importantly, bring great benefit to their Homeland. 

Summing up the results of the meeting, Nursultan Shokanov addressed the student youth. He wished them to be purposeful and successful in life. He expressed confidence that the current meeting was fruitful. Each of us will move in our own direction, work purposefully, by our example and by the example of other people, to promote, preserve and strengthen the values of our society. The more successful people there are in our country, the more Kazakhstan will prosper.
