The Rector of the Almaty University of Power Engineering and Telecommunications named after Gumarbek Daukeyev S.S. Sagintayeva has made a report. It was called "Training in new realities: from rethinking to transformation." She shared her experience in training personnel for strategically important, knowledge-intensive and high-tech sectors of the national economy.
