The Ministry of Health has approved the compulsory vaccination for admission to work
By the order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 30, 2021, amendments to the Sanitary Rules "Sanitary and Epidemiological Requirements for the Organization and Conduct of Sanitary and Anti Epidemic, Sanitary and Preventive Measures for Acute Respiratory Viral Infections, Influenza and Their Complications (Pneumonia), Meningococcal Infection, Coronavirus COVID -19, chickenpox and scarlet fever were introduced," zakon.kz reports.
In particular, additions were made to paragraph 49. It talks about measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in areas or facilities where sanitary and anti-epidemic, sanitary and preventive measures are being taken. It was supplemented with a sub-clause: admission to work in full-time mode for employees of organizations who have received vaccination against COVID-19 in organizations / facilities, the list of which is established by the chief state sanitary doctor of the Republic of Kazakhstan, chief state sanitary doctors at the corresponding administrative-territorial unit.
Admission to full-time work of employees who are not vaccinated against COVID-19 in the organization / facilities, the list of which is established by the chief state sanitary doctor of the Republic of Kazakhstan, chief state sanitary doctors at the corresponding administrative-territorial unit in the presence of mandatory testing of Polymerase chain reaction (1 time in 7 days ), a medical certificate from a person with persistent medical contraindications who have recovered from COVID-19 within the last 3 months.
The order comes into force on October 17, 2021.
