To the 30th anniversary of independence of Kazakhstan, the Department for Language Studies has held a decade of freshmen.
The theme of the decade: "Tauelsizdik - ultymyz uly tumary".
Time: from 20.09.2021 to 11.10.2021 online.
30 years of Independence is an important milestone in the life of our country. 30 years of independence, filled with many creative works and difficult trials, confirm the immutability of the path chosen by the people of Kazakhstan. Over the years, a new generation of Kazakhstanis has grown up. This year many new students started their studies at our university. Their young hearts need to be captivated by the knowledge of history and culture, joint creative and constructive work. For this good purpose, a decade of freshmen "Tauelsizdik - ultymyz uly tumary" was held at our university.
The organizer of the competition was the Department for Language Studies. The competition was held in three stages.
First stage: essay competition. Participants wrote a short essay on the topic: "The future of an independent country" (in Kazakh, Russian, English). In their works, freshmen shared their thoughts, aspirations and hopes for the future of their homeland, and also showed their creative abilities. The best essays were written by Bektemir Eldos, Ayapov Dastan, Erkinay Daryn, Kazbek Darkhan, Arman Aydana, Khaiburakhmanov Aybek.
Second stage: calligraphy competition “I love my country”.
In this competition, creativity and aesthetic perception of the papers were evaluated. Stage 2 winners: Medeu Asel, Chuvarova Irina, Igenova Asel, Pariszhanova Aidana, Tuletaev Aset, Kekilbek Aruzhan.
On October 11, the third stage of the competition took place: the quiz "Learn your history". Participants tested themselves on the knowledge of the timeline of the country's independence. They answered important questions about history and culture.
Telgozhaeva Kuralai Sagymbekovna addressed the participants with words of greeting.
At the beginning of the event, student Hayburakhmanov Aibek (ICHPEk-21-1) read a poem that he composed for the Independence Day, and Aron Almas (SE-21-2) sang kui.
Then the quiz was held. Abdyldaeva Cholpon Sabyrovna was the host of this competition. Participants confidently answered the questions asked in Kazakh, Russian and English.
Following the results of three competitions, the winners were announced:
1st place - Kydyrkhan Elzhas;
2nd place - Sakhuadinov Diaz;
3rd place - Aidana Pariszhanova, Aidana Arman, Kargasekova Karina.
Diplomas were awarded to all the best participants as a keepsake, and prizes were presented to the winners: Power bank - 1st place, headphones - 2nd place, thermo mug - 3rd place. Khaiburakhmanov Aibek was encouraged by the headphones.
At the end of the event, the faculty of the Department for Language Studies in three languages addressed the participants with words of gratitude and parting words.
