At the enterprises of Almaty, an explanation of the need for vaccination of collectives is carried out

The epidemiological situation in the metropolis remains difficult.

As reported, on September 7 of this year, the Interdepartmental Commission to Prevent the Spread of Coronavirus Infection in the Republic of Kazakhstan approved an algorithm for vaccination raids.

Since September 10, the monitoring groups of Almaty have checked 302 business objects and universities of the megalopolis. There are 65,536 employees, of which 55,618 (84.8%) are vaccinated, 4439 (6.8%) are not vaccinated, 5479 (8.4%) have recovered or have a medical record.

All enterprises held talks about the need and importance of vaccination against coronavirus. A large percentage of unvaccinated employees can lead to further outbreaks of the disease in teams.

Over the past week, from 11 to 17 October, the monitoring groups checked 35 enterprises, 12,541 people were covered. Of these, 9987 are vaccinated, 1240 are not vaccinated, 1314 people have a medical qualification.

The inspectors noted that in the course of monitoring, a number of violations were revealed among employees with medical dispensations. They are associated with non-compliance with the approved form 026-U. In this regard, measures will be taken to verify the accuracy of medical certificates. At the same time, a number of shopping and entertainment centers and shopping centers, where employees still do not have a “green” status, have been identified. Employees worked in blue status at Ashyq.

Based on the Vaccination Card provided by the Almaty branch of the Republican Center for Electronic Health, a vaccination plan for enterprises with more than 50 employees and less than 60% of personnel vaccinated was drawn up.

On October 17, the order of the Ministry of Health came into force, according to which the admission to work is allowed for vaccinated employees. Unvaccinated employees will be allowed to work if they have a Polymerase Chain Reaction test (once every seven days) or a medical certificate of permanent contraindications or who have had CVI within three months.

According to the director of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Almaty, Aytuar Koshmambetov, Atameken supports the need for mass vaccination of the population. This is the only way to combat the CVI pandemic. When discussing the new order of the Ministry of Health, Atameken expressed its position in an expert opinion. In general, the Chamber of Entrepreneurs asks the heads of enterprises to provide maximum assistance and create conditions for the vaccination of collectives.

In addition, from July 28 of this year, passengers and drivers of public transport are being checked. In total, during the period of inspections, the monitoring of 1,618 buses and trolleybuses was carried out, of which 283 units of transport were carried out over the past week.

For non-observance of the mask regime in public transport, administrative protocols were drawn up for 224 individuals and for one legal entity in accordance with Article 425 Part 1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Of these, 11 passengers were prosecuted last week.

As you know, wearing masks on public transport reduces the risk of infection. To reduce contamination, disinfection of public transport cabins at night is carried out.

Despite the decrease in the incidence, the epidemiological situation remains difficult. Every day in the city over 300 infected with CVI are detected. There are 1368 people in infectious diseases hospitals, of which 28 are children.

In this regard, experts urge residents and guests of Almaty to strictly observe social distance and the rules for wearing masks. The only effective way to stop the increase in the incidence is to form herd immunity through vaccination.
